A: We Answer Any Call focuses on answering telephone calls for entrepreneurs and small businesses. Our team of PA’s will answer your calls as if we are based in your office and send your messages in real time. You will never miss another call or opportunity which will allow you the time to grow your business.

Q: What are the package costs?
A: We Answer Any Call offers you one simple package : Our Pay As You Go Call Answering Service. It’s Just 88p a call for the basic message taking service and £1.32 a call for message and call transfer, with no set-up fee’s. There will be no additional costs for using the out of hours service giving you 24/7 cover including weekends and evenings, for year round peace of mind.

Q: Where is We Answer Any Call based?
A: All  of our receptionists are based in the UK.

Q: How do I divert my calls?
A: We will provide you with a number that you can divert your calls too, or you can simply use that number as your business phone number so calls come straight to us.

Q: Can any business use We Answer Any Call?
A: We Answer Any Call can be used by anyone as it has been specially created to help entrepreneurs and small businesses of up to 5 people in the company. You don’t even have to be a business or entrepreneur, anyone who needs help with their phone can help us.

Q: Are our calls recorded?
A: Yes, every call is recorded for quality control and monitoring purposes.

Q: Do you answer in my business name?
A: We can answer in the business name with any account. Simply tell us via your online dashboard.

Q: How will I receive my messages?
A: Your messages will instantly be sent to you through to the email address provided upon set up, alternatively your messages are also available via our online portal.

Q: Can I get my calls transferred to my phone?
A: Yes, you can use the service as a Basic Message Taking Service or alternatively switch your availability on and we will transfer the call over if you are available.

Q: Can I cancel my service?
A: You can cancel your service at any time, no notice is required.

Q: How quickly can I set up?
A: You can sign up quickly online from our website. Activation usually takes up to 1 hour after payment is successfully processed.

Q: Do you offer out of hours call handling?
A: Out of hours call answering is included in the Message Taking Service package, so all your calls are fielded 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and evenings.

Q: Is there a set up fee?
A: There are NO Set up fee’s for the service when signing up to We Answer Any Calls.

Q: How many receptionists do I get?
A: You will have access to a full team of receptionists who will be on hand to answer your calls.

Q: What happens if there is a fault with your lines?
A: Your business will not be affected, we have three other back-up sites. We have 3 locations across the country so if any one of our call centres undergoes a disaster all calls will be routed across to another one of the other locations.
